Peruvian cooking experience, pisco sour and visit local market

You will discover the unique flavors of local cuisine while learning about traditional ways of life and cuisine.
As part of this class, you will visit a local market, cook exquisite Peruvian dishes yourself, and learn much more about the culture and us.

The program consists of 4 PARTS:
1. VISIT THE MARKET: the experience starts at 4:00pm. The meeting point is: Calle Universidad 109. From there we will walk to the local market.

We will appreciate how it is truly a mark for locals and we will taste some local products.
2. INTRODUCTION: After that, we will return home and is where we will start the cooking class, of course with a brief introduction about the products we will use and of course, a little history about Peru and Arequipa.

3. LET'S DO IT!: It's time to put our skills into practice. Here, with the help of the Chef, we will do it, step by step and without keeping any secrets. You will learn to make our flagship dishes. those will be “CAUSA RELLENA” AND “LOMO SALTADO”.

4. HAPPY HOUR!: What better way to end a wonderful evening.

In addition to the delicious dishes, you will learn how to prepare in a simple way our very popular and flagship cocktail, a delicious PISCO SOUR.

in the vegetarian case, we use vegetables.
• Lomo Saltado or Sautéed Mushroom (Vegetarian option) - Made with ores chicken, potato, onion, tomato, etc and also thanks to the nikkei fusion we will use soy sauce and oyster
• Dessert according to the season
