Terroir and production process: The terroir, i.e. the set of environmental factors such as soil, climate and agricultural practices, influences the character and final taste of oil, wine and typical products. While tasting our products, you can appreciate how these factors are reflected in the finished product and how the manufacturing process contributes to its quality.
Food pairings: The tasting of oil, wine and typical products offers the opportunity to experiment with interesting food pairings. You can find out which foods go best with our wines and oils, creating harmonious combinations that mutually enhance the flavours.

Itinerary

Meeting place in Alcamo Lovely Bar Madonna del Riposo 120 Street Alcamo . Visit to the Maltese family's olive grove and then to the Agritourism of Count Filippo Testa and we will do the olive oil tasting and the wine tasting. We will conclude with a tasting of typical local products paired with wine and oil. Please use google maps
