• Tour at the fresh market and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions but feel free to ask any question as the tour will be customized for you.
• Eat what you created immediately after the class and get a free recipe cookbook.

Begins with a quick transfer from your hotel on Koh Lanta. Lanta Thai Cookery School situated in the heart of a lush rubber plantation. Here you can learn to cook that favorite Thai recipe. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn how easy it is to cook authentic Thai cuisine with a Thai chef with a long experience.

Tour at the fresh market, discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions.
Let the cooking begin! There are 10 dishes to choose from and you get to prepare 4 in total. The session starts with a vote among the group for which dishes everyone would like to cook. The four with the most votes will be the ones prepared. Once the dishes were selected, you will be suggested various ingredients used in Thai cooking.

• Menu for Dinner Class - 1.Chicken Satay incl. making Peanut Sauce 2.Spring Rolls(veg) incl. (making tasty Thai Sauce) 3.Golden Bag Thung Thong incl. making tasty Thai Sauce

• Menu for Dinner Class - 4. Papaya Salad – Som Tam 5. Steamed Fish Fillet with Lime and Chilli 6. Seafood in our special Tamarind Sauce 7. Massaman Curry.

• Menu for Dinner Class - 8. Larb with Chicken or Seafood (Thai Spicy Salad from Isan) 9. Stir-Fried Chicken or Seafood Sweet & Sour 10. Sticky Rice with ripe Mango
