Private Wine, Evo oil & Cheese Tasting

Immerse yourself in a real Tuscan farmstead, starting with a private visit to the vineyard and olive grove, ending with a tasting of four organic wines, straight from the winery's own vineyards, plus our extra virgin olive oils. The tasting will be accompanied by bruschetta and local cheeses.

The experience will start with a detailed introduction to the agricultural methods we adopted, how our biodynamic production method works, and the farm's history.
You’ll enjoy a full wine tasting with four of our organic wines in a stunning Tuscan setting. You will have the chance to try our extra virgin olive oils with a selection of Tuscan pecorino cheeses and traditional bruschettas.
We are just a few minutes’ walks from San Gimignano town center, with a stunning view on the Tuscan countryside and the Medieval towers of the town. An Italian or English-speaking member of the family will guide you in the experience with a professional and family warm welcome.
