MKOMAZI - 4 Days

The Mkomazi National Park is a spectacular wilderness. Within sight to the northwest is Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest summit. To the south, the Pare and Usambara Mountains form a dramatic backdrop and, to the north, Kenya’s vast Tsavo National Park shares a border with Mkomazi, making common ground for migratory herds of elephant, oryx and zebra during the wet season. Together with Tsavo, it forms one of the largest and most important protected ecosystems on earth

A tour to Mkomazi can be combined with other adventures like Marangu waterfalls, Mt Kilimanjaro climbing, Kikuletwa Hot Springs, Lake Duluti, Momela National Park and Lake Duluti

Itinerary

Day 1: Driving to Mkomazi main entry gates

Stop At: Mkomazi National Park, Same, Kilimanjaro, Gonja Tanzania
Trip can start from Dar es Salaam or any other part of Northern Tanzania, on day 1 we shall have a full day game drive inside Mkomazi and later proceed to budget camping inside the park
Duration: 8 hours

Day 2: Full day game drive inside the park

Stop At: Mkomazi National Park, Same, Kilimanjaro, Gonja Tanzania
Today we have all chances of spotting the wildlife and nature inside Mkomazi park, later proceed to our booked camp

Day 3: Kikuletwa Hot springs, Moshi town tour on bikes

Stop At: Kikuletwa Hotsprings, BomaNgombe, Moshi 3041 Tanzania
Today will go for a day trip at Kikuletwa Hot springs for swimming enjoy the natural beautiful view of the springs, traditional and cultural tour at the coffee plantations of KNCU, biking city tour and shopping as we get ready for driving back to our final destination on the next day

Day 4: Driving back to Dar es salaam or Arusha

Stop At: Dar es Salaam Zoo, Dar es Salaam Tanzania
Right after breakfast depart and drive back to the same picking up point
