The event will take place at "Tres Raíces Winery" one of the best local vineyards in the recently named Independence Valley, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico area. This territory is considered as the cradle of wine in America. The internationally award winning wine is exceptional and the staff is service oriented. Come and discover why all the world is talking about Mexican chefs. The vineyard is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and the Chateau is large with grandiose architecture and filled with exquisite art.
We'll shuttle from San Miguel de Allende to visit one of the best local vineyards located approximately 25 minutes away. We will tour the beautiful Winery inside and out with its unique personality, grandiose architecture, and majestic vistas. We will walk the fields and smell the essence of the vines and grapes (green seasons only spring & summer). Next we will explore the biggest wine cellar in the region where the wine is aged and you will learn all about the wine culture and production process in Mexico. At this point is when the fun really begins as you seat down in the beautiful "Terruño Restaurant" where you will enjoy a 5 or 3 course luncheon menu. As each dish is brought to you, we will explain what the dish is and how it was prepared. Each course will be paired with a delicious and internationally award-winning wine produced locally and specifically selected to give you the ultimate gastronomic experience. After your luncheon/dine you will have extra time to explore the rest of the winery: the store, the chapel, hotel and much more. The minivan will departure from the winery back to town at 18:30 arriving to Fabrica La Aurora al 19:00. ¡Welcome!

• 5C "Black" Snook Fish - "Blend" Cabernet Franc / Merlot - Common Snook, Sergeant fish or Robalo this fish is the Mexicans' favorite. Prepared with the house's black sauce and paired with our "Blend" red wine.
• 5C Grilled Filet - Tempranillo - This steak will melt down in your mouth paired with an exceptional Tempranillo wine. The National grape of Spain tastes better in Mexico.
• 5C Chocolate Sphere - Pinot Noir - The favorite dessert of the house paired with this winning award Pinot Noir that has the best medal at the winery.
• 3C Beetroot Salad | Moscatel - Amazing organic salad with our exceptional white wine Moscatel.
• 3C Charded Mutton | Tempranillo - This Chef's speciality will be unforgettable paired with Tempranillo red wine the favorite among Spaniards.
• 3C Mexican style Corn cake | Red Blend Nebbiolo - Sangiovese - This corn cake is amazing paired with one of the most awarded blends of the winery. This blend is forbidden in Italy due appellations.
