Create Your Own Colombian Emerald Ring

we created an unique experience about the art of jewelry! By creating the ring, you will learn how emeralds become the most important and precious stone for Colombians, and its influence in the colombian society and economy. We will work in the middle of the emerald and jewelry cluster of Bogota, one of the leader cities of this kind of industry in south america!

Itinerary

We will meet at the Gold Museum entrance for an introduction about precious metals and stones in our culture. We will go for a tour in the jewelry district and the Emerald square to get to know deeply the business and traditional market. Afterwards we will go the worshop where the masters will teach you how to create your own emerald ring, you will decide the shape, the stone and the material between gold and silver (gold has an extra charge and you have to let us know before). There are several steps in the production of a ring and you will be part of it with andrea´s profesional advisory. At the end you will wear your own creation, an emerald colombian ring!
