Cheongwadae(The Blue House) is the presidential residence of the Republic of Korea and is regarded as the heart of the nation. Cheongwadae Saranchae is a Korean presidential exhibition center, newly opened as of January 2010.

Stop At: Gyeongbokgung Palace, 161 Sajik-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul South Korea

Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1394 as the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty(1392-1910)by its founder King Taejo, is the most comprehensive and grandest of the five palaces of the period. Gyeongbokgung, the oldest palace of the Joseon Dynasty, is located at the northern end of Seojong-ro Street. On its grounds stands the National Folk Museum of Korea, where visitors can browse the unique cultural and historical traits of Korea and the lifestyle of bygone days.

Stop At: Cheongha Korea Ginseng Museum, 280, Jahamun-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul 03017 South Korea

Ginseng is first mentioned in “Ji Jiu Zhang” during Han dynasty of China as herb used widely in the orient for so many diseases and ailments. It is a plant which had been regarded as a panacea, a cure all. In the studies, Korean ginseng shows best performances in adaptogenic properties.

Insadong Antique Shop Alley, to experience the traditional culture of Korea while remaining at the heart of the city. With art galleries, traditional craft stores, antique art dealers, traditional tea houses and restaurants, it is a must-see.

Stop At: Changdeokgung Palace, 99, Yulgok-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul 03072 South Korea

Changdeokgung Palace was used as the main palace by  many Joseon Kings and best perserved. The palace was registered with UNESCO in 1997.

Stop At: Bukchon Hanok Village, 37, Gyedong-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul 03059 South Korea

Bukchon Hanok Village is a village with traditional houses. You can browse beautiful Hanok and take a great picture.

Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Namsangol Hanok Village, 28, Toegye-ro 34-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul 04626 South Korea

Namsangol Hanok Village is located between the tall buildings in the middle of a normal city scene. This village has five restored traditional Korean houses, a pavilion, a pond, and a time capsule as well, making it perfect for a leisure walk.

Stop At: Namdaemun Market, 21, Namdaemunsijang 4-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul 04529 South Korea

Namdaemun Market is the largest market in Seoul. Many Koreans describe this market "The market has everything except nothing."
