San Gimignano: Full Day in a Tuscan Winery

In thisexperience you will have the chance to experience a relaxing moment suitable for all ages. You will be in first person, accompanied by our staff and very nice dogs, to look for truffles in our truffle forest, next to the green vineyards in the Chianti countryside. You will experience unique emotions by learning to search, recognize and clean the precious truffles.

During the truffle hunt, and the subsequent cooking class you will learn in first person to manipulate the truffle, making dishes with our cook who will teach you all the secrets of how to taste it, eat it or keep it.

Have lunch in a tuscan winery, tasting the wines produced by the winery for over 13 generations. All completed by visiting the medieval city of San Gimignano, for shopping and to admire the wonders of history and the City. On request is possible to have an exciting Archery experience or an unbelievable Helicopter Wine Tour over San Gimignano and the Chianti's hills.

Itinerary

Saddle up on your horse among the colorful Tuscan hills, bask in the atmosphere of the quiet, scenic roads that take you through a wonderful tour of the Chianti hills and the San Gimignano region.
You will be taken to the heart of Tuscany where some of the most famous Chianti, Vernaccia and other wines are produced. Included in your day's itinerary, we will make several pit-stops to several quaint, medieval towns where you will have the opportunity to take panoramic photos.

The Program Include:
10.00 AM: Arrival in Tenuta Torciano Winery
Tour by horse (1 hour): visit the Tuscan countryside with your horse
Free Visit to San Gimignano
3.00 PM: Return in Tenuta Torciano Winery
3.30 PM: Outdoor cooking class of Tuscan recipes
5:00 PM: Dinner

The cooking class includes the preparation of an appetizer, first and second course, with daily dessert.
Appetizer: crostini with sausage
First Course: tagliatelle aglione-style
Second Course: grandma's meatballs
Dessert: tiramisù
