If your hotel is not listed, it means you'll need to proceed to a designated meeting point. Please inform us of your hotel so our representative can contact you to confirm the meeting point and pick-up time.
We offer two different schedules for your convenience. The morning tour pick-up for CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE is between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and for TULUM ZONE, it's between 7:00 to 8:00 am. The arrival at the park is scheduled for 9:30 am.
For the noon tour, pick-up for CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE is between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and for TULUM ZONE, it's between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Arrival at the park is planned for 1:30 pm.
Please note that pick-up times may vary depending on the hotel. Our representative will confirm the exact pick-up time via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, the designated meeting point is Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Kindly consider transportation times for your pick-up and drop-off.
