Go to the best culinary hidden gem and try grilled banana with coconut milk, it is a bit sweet and salty of tropical fruits and coconut milk sauce. Go deep into a true maze of local market to taste an authentic food which is banana girdle cake, “Banh Trang Nuong” Saigon pizza or grilled beef lemongrass skewers. It is not enough, we will try Banh Xeo - Vietnamese Savory Crispy Pancake with a lot of flavors from herbs and sauce. Then, it’s time for dessert!
