Hi I am a local from HK. My mom taught me a lot of dimsum dishes. I would love to share my mom recipes with people coming from all around the world and who like Xiao Long Bao. We use fresh organic pork for the filling but you can also opt for vegan. We make all wrappers from scratch and prepare the filling as you cook. Step by step. Hands-on cooking experience with music and relaxing environment.

Meet-up at metro station then head to local market to buy ingredient. You can overcome language barrier when exploring the food market with a local guide, and then you cook at a cafe. All instruction is step by step. You make the dough - all wrappers from scratch, together with fillings.

Every one makes a total of 10 pcs of xiao long bao.
