2 Day Tunnel Creek & Cattle Station Explorer

Small Groups I Real Experiences. On this fully inclusive guided tour we take a maximum of only 8 guests, travel in our customised 4WD vehicle and enjoy en-suited accommodation. We ensure you will enjoy the real Kimberley.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1 Wednesday Beagle Bay, Pearl Farm, Sunset Boat Cruise Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm

Stop At: Dampier Peninsula, Dampier Peninsula, Kimberley Region, Western Australia
Departing Broome early this morning, we journey up the spectacular Dampier Peninsula, also known as ‘Dampier Land’. Largely Aboriginal-owned land, the Dampier Peninsula is a delight for travellers seeking a Kimberley experience that is culturally rewarding in a beautiful environment. Travelling up the red ‘pindan’ 4WD track, we hear about the peninsula’s fascinating place in Australia’s history from our guided commentary. Our first stop is the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community, home of the Beagle Bay Church and its glimmering pearl shell altar, where we enjoy morning tea. Arriving at beautiful Kooljaman on the tip of Cape Leveque we have time to swim and beachcombe on the pristine beach. After lunch we journey across to Cygnet Bay where we join a fascinating Pearl Farm Tour learning about the world’s largest and most beautiful pearls that have been farmed in these waters for generations by the family owned business. Later this afternoon we take to the waters on a sunset cruise in the picturesque Buccaneer Archipelago.
