Morning: Depart Arusha. Arrive at Marangu Gate, the starting point. Hike through Montane Forest for 3 hours. Reach Mandara Hut at 2,700m. Enjoy packed lunch. Hike to Maundi Crater for panoramic views of Kilimanjaro. Spot diverse birdlife and Black and White Colobus monkeys.

Afternoon: Descend to Marangu Gate. Return to Arusha. Reflect on the day's experiences.
