Parmigiano Cheese Factory Visit and Tasting
The visitors will see the cheese maker at work while he will pull out from the typical cauldron the new Parmigiano cheeses of the day. It will be possible to visit the salamoia room and the storage where it will be possible to beat the cheeses with the famous "hammer" like the Consortium experts. There will be a tasting of Parmigiano cheese of two different ages with balsamic vinegar and local sparkling wine.

Borgo del Gazzano is a very traditional and organic factory. It is a km zero factory because the production of the cheese is made every day only with the milk of their own cows.
