Stop At: Barranco, Lima Peru

A journey full of art, culture, and flavor awaits us in Lima|s bohemian neighborhood par excellence: Barranco. We will explore its streets that still keep their colonial and republican legacy as the Saenz Peña Boulevard, which stands out for its old houses influenced by the Gothic style. The deeper we go into Barranco, the more we will be surprised by its picturesque houses, many of them converted into workshops, as is the case of Jade Rivera and Victor Delfin. Barranco is characterized by the energy breathed into its beautiful boardwalk, with an extraordinary view of the Pacific Ocean. Following it, we will arrive at the Bridge of Sighs or |Puente de los Suspiros|, one of the most important attractions of the district, inspiring unique legends and motivating songs and poems. The flavor touch awaits at El Cacaotal, a favorite place for chocolate and coffee lovers, where we can taste a drink and learn more about the high quality of Peruvian coffee and cocoa.
