This is a private tour. . Experience the local foods with the sights of the countryside combined. So near to Tokyo but it is another world. The green moss has hidden the countryside from the city. The fauna are waiting to greet you. The wild deer, boar, monkey and sometimes bear. The views are stunning. The people are very friendly. Come with me to the mountains. We will tour through rural Japan. A place with deep history going back thousands of years. All seasons show their magic in their full colors here. Escape from the tourist traps and go to where many Japanese go to get away from it all. A place frozen in time. A place magical in its beauty. A place where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquility of the Japanese countryside.
The uniqueness of the tour, the importance to the tour is to experience driving through the countryside with the occasional stop a place with a scenic view , a waterfall, lake , shrine or temple.

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Hanno, Hanno, Saitama Prefecture, Kanto

Enjoy the Bamboo temple deep in the mountains. It is an ancient temple dedicated to the Buddhist king Gozu, a king with the head of a cow and the body of a man. Throughout the temple complex are very timid wild deer and monkeys. The are watching you but are very Shi.

Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Ogose-machi, Ogose-machi, Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture, Kanto

We will show the mountains, temples, shrines and waterfalls of rural Japan. We pay a visit to the Dragon Taming Temple were the monk has telepathy with the carp in his pond beside the temple. Enjoy the Japanese countryside.

Stop At: Saitama Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Kanto

Enjoy Koma Shrine. The shrine of Korean kings of the Tang Dynasty.

Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Ne-no-gongen, 461 Minami, Hanno, Saitama 357-0214, Japan

After the bamboo temple we visit Ne no gongen shrine nearby. It is at the top of the mountains and offers beautiful views for hikers. The shrine is for praying for healthy legs and backs.
