Day 1: Full Day West Tour (09:00 - 17:00 approximately)

An attraction that’s certainly not for the faint-hearted, the Skywalk on the cliffs of Cabo Girão should not be missed on your next trip to Madeira. Jutting out of the side of some of the highest cliffs in Europe (580 meters above sea level), the glass walkway offers incredible views of the Madeira coastline, Funchal and the town of Câmara de Lobos

Stop At: Ribeira Brava, Ribeira Brava, Madeira, Madeira Islands
Ribeira Brava (Wild River) is named after its river; when it rains heavily in the mountains, waters rapidly run down to sea. It is a small town on the southwestern coast of the island with steep valleys on either side and is a very pleasant tourist stop. In between these valleys is the Madeira Sports centre with excellent facilities, which attract all types of sports and athletics

Next we make our way to Madalena do Mar, a smnice visit throught the lush green banana plantations

Pass By: Bishop's Fountain, 9370, Portugal
From an altitude of between 1300-1500 meters we find the tourist attraction of Paúl de Serra and it's initiation of several levada walks that connect to different points of the island through the Laurissilva forest with a stop at the Fonte do Bispo viewpoint

Stop At: Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools, Rua do Lugar, Porto Moniz, Madeira 9270-156 Portugal
With their natural beauty and peculiar origins, theses pools are an attraction for thousands of national and international tourists alike. The water is of excellent quality and the infrastructures match the level of excellence of this beach complex.
The landscape that surrounds the pools, the panoramic views of the coast and the rugged cliffs are equally attractive

Stop At: Seixal, Portugal
This is precisely the stunning scenery of one of the most popular beaches in this parish, Porto do Seixal Beach, a natural black sand beach located right next to Seixal harbour. With a breathtaking landscape — the green cliffs and mountains of the island's north coast — this unsupervised beach offers its visitors access to the toilet facilities, showers and the bar of Clube Naval do Seixal Pools, right next to it, which is a free access facility with a natural pool and sun loungers. Here you can rent kayaks and diving equipment

Although considered a coastal village, São Vicente has progressed with time into the more sheltered hinterland. At the edge of the village, directly next to the sea, lies a great boulder, into which the São Vicente chapel was built.
The council of São Vicente consists of the parishes of S. Vicente, Ponta Delgada and Boaventura. A trip through this council reveals a cultural patrimony left by all those who helped to enlarge these three parishes that it encompasses

Stop At: Miradouro do Cristo Rei do Garajau, Estrada Nova do Cristo Rei, Madeira 6160-206 Portugal

Machico is a historic city that is the second most populous on the island. It is even said that there is something magical in this region of the island

Ribeiro Frio is a natural park located in a deep valley in the north of the island surrounded by mountains. It is a popular stop for locals and tourists due to the trout culture pools and fascinating nature trails, ideal for those who enjoy a peaceful stroll. Along the trails you will find a variety of trees such as the laurel and, perched on them, birds endemic to the region such as the pigeon, the chaffinch and the bis-bis which is the smallest Madeiran bird

Stop At: Pico do Arieiro, E 202, Funchal, Madeira 9000-900 Portugal
Pico do Arieiro is the third highest peak on the island of Madeira, with an altitude of 1818 meters. The views are fabulous, with clouds hovering over the fantastic rock formations - an impossible scenario to describe. When the sky is clear, it is possible to see the south coast of Madeira, the Curral das Freiras and even the island of Porto Santo. On the way to Pico do Arieiro you will be able to contemplate a unique stone well, similar to an igloo, known as “Poço da Neve”, which was built by an English family to store ice, snow and hail from the mountains. In 2011 an air defense radar was installed on the summit of the peak. Pico do Areeiro is one of the most visited places on the island thanks to its easy access, breathtaking views and the famous trails that lead to Pico das Torres and Pico Ruivo

Day 3: Half Day Nun's Valley Tour (09:00 - 13:00 or 14:00 - 18:00 approximately)

Stop At: Miradouro Pico Dos Barcelos, Urbanizacao Pico dos Barcelos 1, Funchal, Madeira 9020-262 Portugal
The Pico dos Barcelos Viewpoint is approximately 355 meters above sea level. From this point there is a splendid panoramic view over Funchal bay and the city area, with the Desertas Islands in the background.
This viewingpoint was recently restructured and nowdays it includes additional green and commercial areas where local crafts and restaurants can be found and also new leisurement facilities. This area underwent substantial improvements in terms of pedestrian and automobile access

Stop At: Eira do Serrado, 9020, Portugal
The Eira do Serrado viewpoint, located in the mountainous interior of the municipality of Câmara de Lobos, in the 'heart' of the island, stands at an elevation of 1,095 m. It offers a fantastic panoramic view of the valley where the picturesque parish of Curral das Freiras lies, and the majestic mountains of the central massif that surround it. Access to the viewpoint is via a footpath that starts in Estalagem Eira do Serrado

Stop At: Curral das Freiras, Curral das Freiras, Camara De Lobos, Madeira, Madeira Islands
Curral das Freiras ('Nuns Valley') is a small parish nestling between almost perpendicular mountains in the heart of the island. Both Eira do Serrado and Paredão viewpoints are excellent locations to contemplate the magnificent views of this parish.
The huge cauldron in which Curral das Freiras is sitting was either formed by erosion, which is the more recent theory, or as many still believe, by volcanic activity. In 1566 the nuns from the Santa Clara convent fled from pirates attacking Funchal and found seclusion here, where they also brought the convent treasure
