A beautiful combination of massage, deep relaxation, stretching and movement in the water. Bodies reach a state of weightlessness in water that liberates the muscles and joints, incomparable freedom of movement.
Aguahara helps us to rebalance at different levels, not just physically but emotionally too. Each session is a unique individual experience that is tailored perfectly for you and what you need today.
It´s ok if you´re not too comfortable in the water,don´t worry, this can be a very beautiful way to work with that too:)

Itinerary

We will sit in this beautiful spot by the pool, surrounded by the sounds of nature, and discuss and explore how you will most benefit from a healing journey and introduce you to Aguahara.

I will tell you all about this ancient technique that originates from Oriental water therapies and is characterized by one-on-one sessions in which you are continuously supported whilst I gently move, support, cradle, and massage you in the water.

After the introduction, we are ready to begin. You just simply close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a wonderful one-on-one healing journey.

It will help you to find deep relaxation, letting go of your mind, tensions melting away, blockages and stress releasing.

The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combined with movements, stretches, massage, and point work, offers a wide range of therapeutic benefits and potential transformation towards a state of greater harmony and peace.

Each session is always different and is completely focused and adapted on each individual and their needs.
The session will be around 1-1.5 hours.
