The best way to have.a lance of the authentic Paraguay in a day is taking you to the magnificent Crystal Fall, located in a virgin jungle area.
The trip is an adventure by itself, you should be aware that to get to the fall it's necessary to descend a long wooden stairway through the jungle which leads to a shallow river.
From there, we will walk from 10-15 minutes along the river until we reach the hidden fall, right in the middle of the wilderness.

Stop At: Aregua, Aregua, Central Department
We will depart at 9 am. Our first stop will be in the Town of Areguá, which is famous for being the craftsmen Town in the country. We will spend some time there in case you wish to purchase any of their products.

Crystal Fall
Remember to have an adequate clothing. You´ll get wet at least up to your wrist, so make sure to take a bathing suite and don´t Carry to much stuff.
If you have water shoes they are perfect for walking through the river.
We´ll also descend the long wooden stairways, so make sure you are comfortable and enjoy the beautiful scenery!

On our way back we´ll stop at the Fruteria of Paraguari, an important restaurant/supermarket on the way back to Asuncion where we can stop by to refresh, Buy some typical food and end our magnificente day.
