SUP Adventure in Algarve's secret Ingrina Caves with Photos Included

Explore beautiful caves by SUP in Ingrina and Barranco beaches near Lagos, Algarve, where the water is clear with turquoise and emerald lights. An area inside the Natural Park of Costa Vicentina that still remains quiet, perfect for a relaxed SUP experience away from crowds and boats. You can Jump off a cliff or two for an adrenaline thrill and Swim through small adventurous sea caves to feel like an explorer. Admire huge cliffs and secret beaches accessible only by the sea. Pictures and videos are included so you can enjoy the tour.

Itinerary

You'll explore the hidden caves of Ingrina and Barranco beaches, near Lagos on a Stand Up Paddleboard.
Beginners and experienced are welcome! ASI certified SUP Instructors will deliver a 10min land based lesson on techniques and safety. All paddle boarding equipment and wetsuits are provided.

You are now ready to hit the water, starting at a slow pace, stopping to enjoy magnificent grottoes, rock formations and take pictures. Visit hidden beaches, and paddle inside turquoise water caves. You'll also be swimming inside a couple of smaller caves, for some adventure. You will even get the opportunity to try a couple of cliff jumps! We'll paddle along the beautiful coastline of the Algarve between Ingrina and Barranco beaches and then return after having spent 2h in the water. Pictures and videos are included, the guide will do that and you'll receive them by email afterwards!
