8:30 AM. Arrive, at Cai Rang Floating Market, you will have the opportunity to observe the lively bartering at the most popular Floating Market of Cai Rang where vendors and buyers trade local agricultural products from their gardens.

Navigate the water channels by boat and make your way around the Market to join the hustle and bustle of the locals. Discover how an authentic vermicelli soup dish from Vietnam is made before wandering through the village where you will get to visit the Fruit Garden and enjoy fresh tropical fruits. If you like, you can even pick and buy fresh seasonal fruits from the garden.
