All Inclusive 3-Day Murchison Falls National Park Safari

The 3 Day Murchison falls National Park tour, takes you to the largest park,
situated in northwestern Uganda on an area of 3,840 sq Km. The Park is classified with Savannah grassland and the Victoria Nile that separates the park into two; the northern and southern banks. The park has an array of birds and animals inclusive of the big cats, elephants, buffalo's, and so on. You will have a chance to enjoy our game drives, boat cruise and a visit to the top of the falls.


Itinerary

Day 1: Departure to your all inclusive tour of Murchison Falls National Park

Stop At: Rhino Fund Uganda, Gulu Highway Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Nakitoma Uganda
Our experienced tour guide will collect you from our prearranged pick up point and travel to Ziwa Rhino Santuary.
Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch located in Nakasongola district is the proud home of the only wild rhinos in Uganda. The Rhino re-introduction project is a project of Rhino Fund Uganda and Uganda Wildlife Authority. We are conveniently located 176km (100 miles) north of Kampala on the Gulu highway towards Murchison Falls (branch off at Nakitoma Trading centre).

Ziwa is the only place where you will be able to see rhinos in the wild. Presently the sanctuary is home to thirty two (32) southern white rhinos. The sanctuary has become increasingly popular with tourists; for Rhino Trekking, Bird Watching.
We will go for lunch at Kabalega Diner before continuing our journey to Murchison falls National Park

We should arrive at Murchison Falls National park at approximately 5pm. There we shall have a game drive and visit the top of Murchison falls. Murchison Falls, also known as Kabalega Falls, is a waterfall between Lake Kyoga and Lake Albert on the Victoria Nile in Uganda. The sightings at the top of the falls are breath-taking with about 300-400 cubic metres
per second of Nile water forced through a tiny gorge of about 7 metres to plunge into a violent tempest in a whirlpool about 42 metres below. It is such a beautiful sight with incredible picture moments here.

Day 2: Exploring Murchison falls

Stop At: Murchison Falls National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, Western Region
Greeted by a beautiful African sunrise, our day commences at 6am. We will receive our prearranged packed breakfast and enjoy a morning game drive through the African plains. Murchinson National park plays host to some of world’s most famous animals species such as Lions, Leopards Buffaloes, Warthogs, Giraffes, Hyenas and Elephants to name but a few. After lunch we depart for our afternoon boat cruise, where you will be able to see birds such as king fishers and many other wonderful species as well as water loving animals like hippos, elephants and crocodiles plus many more.

Stop At: Waterfall Cruises - Murchison Falls, Paraa river crossing 1, Murchison Falls National Park Uganda
After lunch we will go on our river cruise on the Victoria
Nile which is the high spot of any Murchison Falls Safari. You may spot lots of
hippos, Nile crocodiles, Elephants, buffaloes and many other animals that come
to drink water, refresh and cool themselves off the scorching sun and eat fresh
grass along the river banks. The Nile is also a bird’s magnet. This boat ride takes
you close to the base of the Murchison Falls where you will be treated to yet
another sight of the lovely falls.
