2 Day Tour from Lima: Nazca Lines Flight, Paracas, and Huacachina

Enjoy the full experience of what’s just outside of Lima with this 2-day tour and get the best out of Paracas, Huacachina, and Nazca. Spot marine life in their natural habitat at the Ballestas Islands, speed through the biggest sand dunes in South America, and fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines etched on the desert floor.

Itinerary

Day 1: Lima - Paracas - Huacachina

Stop At: Lima, Lima, Lima Region
The bus departs from Lima at 6:00 am, and it goes straight to Paracas, arriving around 10:00 am.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Islas Ballestas, Paracas 11660 Peru
At 10:00 am, you will go on a 2-hour boat tour of the islands. The Ballestas are a smaller version of the Galapagos, and are just as great.

You’ll see sea lions, penguins, and lots of birds all in their natural habitat. If you’re lucky, you may even see a dolphin or two!
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Huacachina, Huacachina, Ica Region
At 1:30 pm, you will depart from Paracas to Huacachina, arriving around 3:00 pm. You will have 1 hour free to explore the oasis!
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Huacachina, Huacachina, Ica Region
At 4:00 pm, you will go on a 2-hour full of adrenaline. Ride the dune buggies up and sandboard down the biggest dunes in South America. A once-in-a-lifetime experience in the only natural desert oasis in South America.

Day 2: Huacachina - Nazca - Lima

Stop At: Huacachina, Huacachina, Ica Region
At 7:30 am, you will catch the Nazca shuttle from Huacachina to Nazca, arriving around 11:00 am.
Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Nasca Lines, Nazca Peru
At 11:00 am, check in to take the flight over the lines and discover many of the drawings sketched on the desert land.

Note, all passengers must present proof of full vaccination.
Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Nazca, Nazca, Ica Region
Free time in Nazca. Roam around the desert city and discover some of its landmarks like Plaza de Armas!
Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Nazca, Nazca, Ica Region
At 3:00 pm, take the shuttle back to Huacachina, arriving around 5:30 pm.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Huacachina, Huacachina, Ica Region
At 7:00 pm, take the bus back to Lima from Huacachina, arriving around 11:30 pm.
Duration: 5 hours
