Starting at 11:00am. We will walk around the historical center of Cusco, learning about the local culture, history, and architecture of the "Must sees" places of this emblematic City. While touring the city we will have some stops to taste the unique and flavory food of Cusco.
During the tour you also will learn about the culinary evolution, passing from Inka food to colonial and modern with European, African and Asiatic influences but elaborated with native ingredients from the Coast, the Highlands and the Amazon jungle
