The Capoeira Experience 1 Day all about Capoeira Engenho

Here in Bahia is the origin of Capoeira , you get to learn from professional Capoeira Teacher, in the training center of CAPOEIRA ENGENHO. And at the Berimbao factory with a local lunch served.
We have a translater on location if you dont speak portuguese.


Itinerary

Privat Capoeira lessons from prfesional teacher in Abrantes, The training offers a warm up and a stretching session to get your body ready to learn or improve your capoeira skills. There is a excursion to the Berimbai factory where you can built your own music instrument and get a lesson how to play it. Lunch is included.
If you visit us on Mondays or Wendsday or Friday you can stay for the local trainig at the evening.
