The pick up is done by the Balloon Company. Pick up is between 5.30 am to 6 am from hotels around Chiang Mai city. If your hotel is located outside of the city, an additional charge may be required and the pick up time may be different. We will inform you based on the information provided with your booking and based on your location. Make sure we have the correct information of where you stay and wish to be picked up. Please let us know if you stay in an AirBnb or rented Condo. We may arrange a suitable pick up point in front of the condo or nearby.
The pick up is provided by the Balloon Company, and you will get a transfer after the Balloon Flight to Fah Lanna Spa - Old City Branch for your spa treatment. From Fah Lanna Spa in the Old City you will make your own way back to your hotel or we can assist you with booking a Taxi (at your own cost).
