Gin Blending Class in Carrington

Guided by our passionate team, you will learn about the history and basis of gin before exploring our botanicals and blending 2 of your very own gin flavours.

Greeted with a complimentary No. 8 Dry Gin & Tonic, our distillery team will take you through the history of gin and distilling, exploring both traditional and contemporary gin profiles before assisting you with your very own gin blends.

Taking our multi-award winning Just Juniper as your base spirit, select from more than 20 quality botanicals to craft two gins unique to your taste and designed for your palette. Name and hand label your gins, before taking them home to show off to your friends.

Each class lasts approximately 1 hour with each participant receiving a complimentary No. 8 Dry Gin & Tonic on arrival, 2x200ml bottles of bespoke gin and 10% off purchases at our bottle-shop.
