We'll kick things off in the Garden City - don't worry, we're quickly on the road to see the best of the Mackenzie Country.

Pass By: Geraldine, Geraldine, Canterbury Region, South Island

After a relaxing journey from Christchurch, we're slowing things down for a stop in the beautiful little town of Geraldine.

Stop At: Fairlie, Fairlie, Mackenzie District, Canterbury Region, South Island

Famous for its bakehouse, Fairlie is our gateway to the Mackenzie Country. It is now time to wake as breathtaking scenery is around every corner!

Duration: 10 minutes

Pass By: Lake Tekapo, Lake Tekapo, Mackenzie District, Canterbury Region, South Island

The bus will go silent as we round the corner for the first sighting of Lake Tekapo. This view won't disappoint - not long until we stop now!

Stop At: The Church of the Good Shepherd, Pioneer Drive, Lake Tekapo 7999 New Zealand

Our first stop! Take a look of this beautiful little church with the best view in the world. Perfect time for a couple of Instagram shots to prove you are really in New Zealand- after all, it is easily the most photographed church in the country!

Stop At: Lake Pukaki, New Zealand

You thought Lake Tekapo was the most beautiful lake you have ever seen - just wait for it! Lake Pukaki will take your breath away. Don't worry, we will stop at different location for you to enjoy its beauty!

Duration: 5 minutes

Stop At: Mt. Cook Village, Mt. Cook Village, Aoraki Mount Cook National Park (Te Wahipounamu), Mackenzie District, Canterbury Region, South Island

And here we are - the beautiful Mt Cook! It's time for you to decide how you would like to spend your day- walk the stunning Hooker Valley or Tasman Glacier track, or check out the Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Center.

Stop At: Hooker Valley Track, Hooker Valley Road, Aoraki Mount Cook National Park (Te Wahipounamu) New Zealand

This 3 hour walk won't disappoint - enjoy the amazing view and listen to the glaciers cracking.as you walk to the glacier lake at Mt Cook!

The best glacier in New Zealand. Enjoy the 1 hour easy-going walk - don't forget your camera! (Glacier is in distance behind a lake)

Lunchtime! The view here is one of a kind. You won't want to leave, but there's more to be seen!

Lake Tekapo -We stop briefly to use the toilets and you can hopefully catch a gorgeous sunset photo of Lake Tekapo and the Church of the Good Shephard.

As we trek back to Christchurch, we'll make a few stops to stretch the legs and relieve ourselves. This is where our journey together ends - til next time!
