The Dairy was considered by designers Olmsted and Vaux as the Children's District. This was because the Dairy was a place where families in 1800's traveling to the park would be provided fresh milk.

Central Park Zoo was founded in 1864 and becoming the first public zoo in New York.

Pass By: Bow Bridge, 74th Street West of Bethesda Terrace, Connecting Cherry Hill and The Ramble, New York City, NY

The Bow Bridge is a cast iron bridge located in Central Park crossing over the lake and used as a pedestrian walkway.
