"All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for two where the combined total is 180kg or more in total must book a private flight. Bookings for four guests are more than 360kg may also need to upgrade to a larger EC130 (additional costs and payable direct to the supplier)"
"All flights are sold on a shared basis where up to 6 passengers may be travelling on the helicopter. Single passenger bookings are welcome however all flights require a minimum of 2 passengers to depart."

"Helicopters are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the pilot is unable to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking due to occupational, health and safety regulations."

Traveler pickup is offered
Our bus transfers are a complimentary service, pickup is available from two different hotels ONLY where guests will be transferred back to Circular Quay after the flight. Transfers are operated on a fixed timetable and are independent to our helicopter flying schedule therefore guests may encounter a waiting period before or after their flight. Alternatively, a taxi can be ordered by Sydney Helitours staff upon request at the guests own expense.
