We had a great time with our guide Arturo and our driver Claudia. We especially enjoyed the Anahuacalli Museum and we didn't realize it was included. They were both very professional and friendly. Most importantly, Arturo had a lot of knowledge to share about Mexican history. We could not have seen all of the things we saw in one day on our own. The line at the Frida Kahlo museum was 2-3 hours but since we were with a tour we waited only ten minutes. I recommend it. Thanks again Arturo and Claudia!

Very grateful for Freelance Tour. They treated us in a very professional way, sent us an amazing guide, Mr. David Villasana who was an excellent communicator, with a tremendous amount of knowledge, and we were extremely satisfied with his company. Through him and his information, we learned and enjoyed a great deal from the two trips we booked with Tour Freelance.
The first was the Private Tour of Xochimilco, Diego Rivera Anahuacali Museum, the Central Library of Unam, Coyoacán and the Frida Khalo Museum. It was excellent. Mr. David Villasan was super punctual when he came to pick us up in the morning, and throughout the day. We enjoyed his kind attention and all the information he gave us to really appreciate and enjoy all the places we were visiting. For this tour, we were also accompanied by Mr. Cristian Retis who was our driver, a very kind person. Thank you very much everyone for your kind attention and we highly recommend them.

Our guide, Brenda, and driver Arutro were the best! The tour was fun and informative, they let us go at our own pace, not rushing us when we wanted to linger and speeding things up when we wanted. They were also kind enough to tell us about other sights that we didn't know about and even dropped us there at the end of the tour. Yay, Brenda and Arturo!!

We loved this trip - it might have been our favorite in Mexico City. Carlos was our guide, and Arturo our driver, and they couldn't have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. We almost passed on Xochimilco but were so happy we didn't - going early in the morning before the party starts was the way to go - and get around in the crowded and colorful canals. The bonus was the Diego Rivera Museum, a spectacular edifice filled with his private collection of archeological artifacts. We loved the Frida museum as well. At one point we were hungry and Carlo brought us to the market at Coyoacan where we had the greatest burritos ever. Highly recommended!

Great experience. I have taken a lot of tours all over the world. We asked the guide to add a new stop at the end of the tour. She quickly made arrangements and made our request work.

If you get a chance to do this tour, see if you can get the combination of guide Brenda Aburto and driver Lorena Martinez. Their expertise made this tour exceptional.

The additional cost for a private guide was worth every penny. Our guide, Geraldo, was wonderful. He is a knowledgeable, dependable, and friendly guide who goes out of his way to tailor the tour to his customers’ needs.
Xochimilco, Coyoacan, and Frida Kahlo House should not be missed.

And, the Frida Kahlo museum is a must see. Our tour guide David did an excellent job timing each site visit. David is professional and knowledgeable on the history of each site.

We had a great time on this tour! Everyone that works for this tour company is wonderful. They are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Anna Mendez from their main office called us the night before and checked on us to make sure she had the correct pick up address. The next morning our private driver Luis Quintero arrived on time and our tour guide Sandra Espinoza was already waiting for us at the lobby. The minivan was nice, comfortable, clean and in good driving condition. Our first stop was in Xochimilco, they gave us time to go to the restroom and get some snack before getting on the barge. While on the barge they made sure we had enough snacks and drinks as well. We took a nice, short ride up and down the lake with enough time to look at the sights and enjoy the beautiful sunny morning without crowds on the lake. We had plenty of time before our scheduled entrance into the Frida Kahlo Museum, so our guides suggested an excellent taco restaurant for lunch. We entered the Frida Kahlo Museum on time without having to wait in line and had plenty of time to walk through and enjoyed the audio guide we purchased our guide was not allowed to give us a tour inside the museum, but gave us plenty of information before and after. After, they took us to Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli, where we saw his private pre-hispanic art collection NOT his artwork. Finally, we stopped for a few pictures at the UNAM and Olympic Stadium on our way back to the hotel. We highly recommend this tour and this company. You will have a wonderful time. Having a private driver and guide is a MUST!

David was an excellent guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He made sure that we arrived early enough so that we avoided the crowds and had all of our tickets to the museums available in order to avoid the lines. He also pre-ordered our lunch so that we had enough time to see all of the sites! Request David if you have the opportunity! The boat excursion at Xochimilco is a kick with the colorful tourist boats and the vendor boats that pull along side to sell food, beverages, goods and music provided by Mariachis! We have not experienced anything like it. We also enjoyed the neighborhood of Coyoacan, the F Kahlo and D Rivera Museums. A must do tour!

He was so accommodating. Xochimilco was an experience not to be missed. Our driver, Anna, was also terrific. She navigated traffic on highways to narrow cobblestone streets with ease. We were never rushed and got to fully enjoy all the sights that were part of this tour.

He was prompt, fun to talk to, great about answering questions and even asking us if we had any, and took us to lots of local points of interest above and beyond the Xochimilco boats, Frida Kahlo Museum, Anahuacali Museum, and university outlined in the itinerary.

This was a lot of fun. Our guide and driver were excellent, and when the power went out at the Frida Kahlo Museum they improvised and took us to Diego Riveria's Museum and the back to Kahlo Museum when power was restored and did not have to wait on line. Enjoyed the floating gardens-we went here first to avoid the crowds and that was smart. Recommend.

Alejandra, was our tour guide. She was GREAT! Can't say enough about her. And a special Thank You to our tour driver, as well! She made our transportation to and from the sights seem effortless. I can assure you it was not.... great job.
We were amazed by these beautiful gardens. Alejandra was very patient with us, as we NEVER stopped taking photos.
We had a busy day. Our tour continued on to the Anahuacalli Museum located in Coyoacan, in the south of Mexico City.
It was conceived and created by Diego Rivera, husband of artist, Frida Kahlo.
Frida Kahlo Museum was amazing. You don't want to miss it, although the crowds can be large at times, as this is one of the most popular
Tours. Not at all a problem, as Alejandra was very informative. We tried to soak up all the information she gave us.
This was our first trip to Mexico City. Probably one of my favorite places, in all our travels. We will be back.
      Remember Alejandra....she is the best!
