A monastery is located on a hill above the beach, dedicated to Saint John.

Sikia is one of the most beautiful sea caves on Milos. Sikia Cave was once completely covered, but at some point in the past, the roof collapsed. The end result is a stunning cave with an open top showing the blue Aegean sky. Inside the cave you will find a small beach. Swimming is permitted inside the cave, but keep in mind that the water is extremely cold due to the limited light and deep waters. It is located in the southwest corner of the island and is only accessible by boat.
