PADI FREEDIVER COURSE
3 parts:

1. Knowledge development about Freediving principles through independant study.

2. Confined water training
Breath hold techniques
PADI FREEDIVER CERTIFICATION: static apnea 90 seconds , dynamic apnea 25meters
PADI ADVANCED FREEDIVER CERTIFICATION
static apnea 2minutes 30seconds, dynamic apnea 50meters

3. Open water sessions
Practice free emersion techniques
Constant weight freedives
Proper buddy procedures
Freediving rescue techniques
PADI FREEDIVER 16 meters max
PADI ADVANCED FREEDIVER 24 meters max

AFTER YOUR BOOKING, THERE WILL BE COMMUNICATION TO VERIFY LEVEL 1 OR ADVANCED COURSE. ( to do the advanced freediver course, you must have Level 1 certification already!)
