Surfing approached in the right way will lead you to see a lifestyle different from any other sport, moldable to measure for you, a great boost towards physical activity with a large expenditure of kilocalories in a short time and without realizing it (low demand of mental energies dominated by fun), self-confidence and a perspective towards healthier lifestyle.

Surfing will also change the destinations of your holidays (recommended as a gift for the girlfriends of all the guys who no longer want to go to the Louvre or the Bakingam Palace in early summer).
It will introduce you to a community of people who are different or the same as you, mentally open, that you can almost certainly meet again in the most unthinkable corners of the world.

Itinerary

The experience is for all levels, with activities before (warming up) and after surfing (stretching).
For beginners (with soft boards) basic video tips analyzed or the more experienced ones (with short boards) for any movement of the body they want to improve or accentuate with professional videos to make them understand in detail which exercises to do outside and then automatically improve in the water.
In case of need (large and adverse conditions or other problems) there is the possibility of having another well-qualified support instructor.
At the end of the day you can have a tour of how surfboards are built and repaired trying to answer any gaps or doubts about the shape or maintenance to have.
