Day 1: Acclimatizing Tour in Huaraz - Comunity Support full day

Stop At: Huaraz, Huaraz, Ancash Region

Day 2: Huaraz – Huanucoviejo – Queropalca

Stop At: Huanuco Pampa, HU-109, Huanuco 10620 Peru
Early in the Morning breakfast at hotel and transfer to la Union by paved highway for about 4 hours approximately to get la Union District, then in a 20 minutes up to the Inca’s Ruins Huanucoviejo or Huanucopampa, so we enter to visit the ruins, for about one hour the main buildings of the Incas, we will observe the main Ushnu or ceremonial center, the Acllawasi or women’s house, the military house, and Incas bath, the nice 6 porches the principal entrance to main building, after to visit all archeological site of Incas, continue drive to Baños district, its name because hot springs in the Incas bath, pass this town and continue to Queropalca arrive at camp site at the district of Queropalca 3841masl.

Day 3: Queropalca – Carhuacocha

Stop At: Carhuacocha, Peru
Morning breakfast at Queropalca, and hike-up along the Carhuacocha river, walking the highland full pastures, with first views of Huayhuash mountain, as we approach to Carhuacocha the most wonderful scenery of landscape, after three hours hike arrive to carhuacocha where the camp site is set-up, Luch at camp and walk around the lake in the afternoon, dinner and overnight in carhuacocha 4200masl.

Day 4: Carhuacocha – Mitucocha

Stop At: Cordillera Huayhuash, 02426, Peru
Morning Breakfast at the camp site in Carhuacocha, then hike-up to carhuac pass with wonderful mountains and lakes of Huayhuash, hike-up for about 3 hours to the pass then walk-down to the next camp site of Janca down to Mitucocha, dinner and overnight at 4200masl

Day 5: Mitucocha – Rondoy

Stop At: Cordillera Huayhuash, 02426, Peru
Typical breakfast at the camp site and then start hiking to the Lake of Mitucocha, then turn into the right side quite slope and hike up to the next pass of Cacanan Pass at 4750masl, walking about 4 hours we get the pass, with spectacular views and walk
-down for about 3 hours to Rondoy Camp site, dinner and overnight at 4100masl.

Day 6: Rondoy – Jahuacocha

Stop At: Laguna Jahuacocha, 02426, Peru
Breakfast in the camp site, start hiking up quite slope to sambunya pass, hiking up un a sunny morning for about 3 hours, get the Sambunya Pass 4750masl. Having so beautiful mountains views stop for some minutes for photos, if its not windy its nice staying here, if its windy better continue down, as we go down we appreciate another beautiful green lake of Soltero cocha, a nice and wonderful lake, apss this lake is Jahuacocha the nicest panoramic lake where our camp site is set up. Arrive to Camp site, diner and overnight at camp Jahuaccha 4200masl

Day 7: Jahuacocha – Llamac – Huaraz

Stop At: Llamac, 02426, Peru
this time we will feel that we have to leave the most beautiful long trekking, we’ll go-up easy walking to the Pampallamac place where we’ll say good bye to the Huayhuash Mountains, a few meters down we’ll have lunch, after resting for a few minutes we’ll go-down to Llamac town arriving at 1 or 2 pm aprox then we’ll leave Llamac town driving down along the Llamac river until Timpoc, where the Llamac river and the Pacllon river joins, and from here we’ll start going-up to Chiquian along the Ainin river, arriving to Chiquian at 12m aprox, the passengers will walk round the village, and after continue to Huaraz for 3 hours drive we will get Huaraz non-stop, Hotel
