This tour is designated a Canadian Signature Experience! Be a few minutes early and meet us at STOCK Food and Drink inside the main lobby of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Robust refreshments await here before the tour progresses into the heart of the hotel at Rundle Bar with its chic Art Deco decor and a sublime food and beverage pairing. Next up is 1888 Chop House for a signature dish in the hotel's signature restaurant. Our grand finale is in the Vermillion Room with a chance to learn from a chef and taste another great pairing before finishing with a sweet bite. Along the way, you’ll engage with the culinary team, enjoy stories of the history, art, and architecture brought to life by our guide. Soak up the luxury of our small group private access (no more than 12). Leave having experienced the royal treatment at the "Castle in the Rockies," the majestic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel - one of the world’s most iconic hotels, a National Historic Site in a world UNESCO setting.
