Traveler pickup is offered
We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area.
Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location.
If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list.
Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm).
Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location.
Pick-up times typically range from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to traffic and weather conditions.
Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons.
