When you exit customs you are to exit the airport through the door on the right and come to the arrivals area. We will have a sign with your name. (DO NOT GO TO THE LEFT WHERE THE SHUTTLE BUSES ARE) We will be right at the front door once you exit. *Pick up from hotels are done in the main lobby of the resort.
