Start your adventure from Rhodes, where from you set out on your journey around the nearby islands of Symi, Tilos, Nisyros, Halki and other small less traveled islands.

While sailing you take lessons and learn everything there is to know about sailing. At the end of your journey you are rewarded with the sailing Certificate.

Suitable for families, couples or groups of up to 8 persons.

Prior experience is not required. Suitable for experienced travelers as well.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Rhodes Island & Embarkation

Stop At: RhodeTrip, Lindos, Rhodes Town 85100 Greece
We pick you up from Diagoras Airport of Rhodes and take you to the port. Ready for embarkation- Let's set sail!

Practice lesson: Meeting the boat, sails, sailing and safety equipment

Theory lesson: Learn how to sail, setting the sails and tuning the boat
Duration: 12 hours

Meals included:

Day 2: Hop to Symi, the aristrocratic and sophisticated Island

Stop At: Symi, Symi, Dodecanese, South Aegean
Symi Island, combines cosmopolitan flavour with old-world glamour, class and tradition. At Gialos, you will be welcomed by the imposing homes of this multicoloured, listed neoclassical settlement, an architectural masterpiece.

Ai Giorgis Disalonas, the most impressive beach in Symi with its trademark 300 meter-tall rock laying its shadow on the sand. This beach is accessible only by boat.

Panormitis monastery comes out as you enter the well hidden cove of Panormitis, which overlooks the town’s beautiful blue bay. It’s tradition for every Greek sailor to pay a visit to the monastery sometime during his life. The Cove of Panormitis is one of the most peaceful and serene places on Symi Island.

Day 3: Hop to Tilos Island, the little emerald in the Aegean

Stop At: Tilos, Tilos, Dodecanese, South Aegean
Hop at Tilos island, a small and quiet island in the Dodecanese chain, near Rhodes Island, mesmerizing the visitor with its original atmosphere and unspoilt nature.

Practice lesson: Learn how the boat is anchoring, how the boat is docking and how it is maneuvering

Theory lesson: Seafaring, Sailing using the GPS and Electronics
Duration: 1 day

Day 4: Hop to Nisyros Island, the volcanic retro Island

Stop At: Nisyros, 85303 Greece
The three-crater volcano will make your trip here unforgettable, with its lunar landscape and picturesque port, Mandraki.

Practice lesson: Learn how to fare the Sea and sail using GPS and Electronics

Theory lesson: International Rules for the prevention of Collisions at seas (IRPCS)
Duration: 1 day

Day 5: One more day in Nisyros Island

Stop At: Nisyros, 85303 Greece

Practice lesson: SAILING, man overboard (MOB), Sailing at night
Duration: 1 day

Day 6: Hop to Halki Island, the small paradise island of the South Aegean

Stop At: Halki, Halki, Dodecanese, South Aegean
An incredibly beautiful little island, a picturesque town with colourful houses, wonderful beaches and crystal clear waters.

Practice: Sailing. You are the captain!
Duration: 1 day

Day 7: Back to Rhodes Island (Disembark & Depart)

You are awarded with the Sailing Certificate and we officially anounce you Captain!

Our sea adventure comes to an end. We have time to discuss its highlights while we drop you off at the airport.
