Itinerary

Day 1: Dar es Salaam - Mikumi National Park

Stop At: Mikumi National Park, Mikumi National Park, Morogoro Region
We will pick you up early morning from the agreed point in Dar es salaam and depart to Mikumi National Park. The drive will take about 6-7 hours to the park. On your arrival, proceed with the morning game drive. Mikumi is home to elephants, Lion, Wild dogs, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard, and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park.

Pass By: Uluguru Mountains, Morogoro Tanzania
The Uluguru Mountains are a mountain range in eastern Tanzania, named after the Luguru tribe. The central portion of the Uluguru mountains is a ridge running roughly north-south and rising to 2,630 meters (8,600 ft) altitude at its highest point. On the main Uluguru range, 50 villages touch the forest boundary, and over 151,000 people are found within the mountain area, often at increasing densities at higher altitudes up to the forest boundary.

Day 2: Game drive at Mikumi back to Dar es salaam

Stop At: Mikumi National Park, Mikumi National Park, Morogoro Region
Early breakfast at your hotel, leave with your luggage and enter the park again for a morning game drive. This morning game drive is more exciting as you will see animals while they are more active. A high chance of seeing cats. Afternoon leaving, leave the park and start to drive to Dar es salaam. Hot lunch will be served at the restaurant in Morogoro town or Msolwa. Arrive at Dar es salaam airport late evening and drop you off at the airport or hotel of your choice.
