You’ll be driven into the Troodos mountains through carefully selected villages to visit 5 traditional product workshops and taste a variety of Cypriot delicacies. One of these stops will be a winery plus a visit to the scenic village of Omodos. You'll experience foods* such as halloumi, village bread, wine, carob honey, olive oil and traditional sweets. Along the way we’ll stop at a village tavern to enjoy an authentic meze lunch.

We'll pick you up from a Paphos or Limassol location of your choice. Our team guarantees you a fantastic day out - we'll make the most of your time with us and take you on a bespoke journey through Cyprus villages. Established in 2011 - we're confident we know all the best spots and we never stop exploring! We're all fully trained in the traditional foods and wine of the island and you'll be sure to receive a professional, 5 star experience. We'll tour the Troodos mountain villages for a full day of foodie fun!

However you can be sure that you'll visit 5 fantastic places within the Troodos mountain villages and experience a foodie day out like no other!

Stop At: Anogyra, Anogyra, Limassol
On the way up into the mountains we'll stop at the church ruins of Timios Stavros. This site offers fantastic photo opportunities and the chance to explore some ruins. We'll also visit 3 local families making traditional products including halloumi.

Stop At: Oleastro Olive Park and Museum, After village Anogyra Limassol, Anogyra 4603 Cyprus
Here we'll discover the world of olive oil, enjoy a tasting and free time to explore the park.
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: Omodos, Omodos, Limassol
A beautifully rustic village in the Limassol region where you'll find lots of traditional food products and wine! You'll also enjoy an authentic meze lunch with drinks included at one of the local tavernas here.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Timios Stavros Monastery, Димократиас 2, Omodos 4760 Cyprus
An opportunity to visit a historical monastery and explore the grounds.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: The Struggle Museum in Omodos, Democratias 24760, Omodos 4760 Cyprus
You'll also have the chance to explore the village museums.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Ayia Mavri Winery, Kilani Village, Koilani Cyprus
We'll visit this fantastic family-owned, boutique winery where we'll tour the premises to see the production facilities, talk about wine-making, visit the cellar and complete a wine tasting. This winery only produces 50,000 bottles a year - making it a small boutique winery. Although you may find some of their wines in specialist shops - many of their labels can only be found here at the winery and your tasting will surely include some of these. We'll learn all about the 5000yrs+ wine history of Cyprus and try the celebrated sweet wine Commandaria.

We offer door-to-door transport from most Limassol locations including hotels, airbnbs, private accommodation, cruise terminal, landmarks etc. If you do not see your pickup location on the list at the time of booking - please go ahead with your booking and in the unlikely case that we cannot fulfil the pick-up - a full refund will be processed.
This tour runs on specific dates - if the available dates aren't suitable and you would like to take part in a food / wine experience on another day then please check Cyprus Taste Tours for our other options as we have activities running on every day of the week.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer bespoke journeys into the Troodos mountain range and therefore the itineraries stated are subject to change with the season and the locals available to host us. The timings are a guideline and if you must be back at your accommodation at a certain time - YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE.
PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. This tour DOES NOT visit Troodos Square and will only visit various villages within the Troodos mountain region.
