Join Alessandro in his beautiful home to share a pizza accompanied by a glass of locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée. This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. In your contemporary pizza making class in Catania, join Alessandro in his home kitchen and to learn make pizza from scratch. Alessandro is a connoisseur of modern-day pizza and in your pizza making class he will teach you to make the perfect contemporary pizza. First prepare the dough, then after rolling out the dough, you can choose your toppings: fresh ingredients that are in season and of the highest quality. Then bake your pizza in the oven and later join Alessandro at the table to share the pizza you cooked accompanied by a glass of excellent locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée.

• Margherita Verace - San Marzano tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella
• Norma - San Marzano tomato sauce, Mozzarella fior di latte, fried eggplants and salted ricotta cheese
• Estiva - Mozzarella di bufala, zucchini chips di zucchine salted ricotta cheese
• Piccante - Mozzarella fior di latte, spicy salame, onions from Calabria, black olive and peperoncino
• Genovese - Buffalo mozzarella, smoked mozzarella from Agerola, speck from Valtellina, and basil pesto
