      My sister and I had a really great time at this class. It can be a little tricky to find, because there are so many chocomuseo shops in Cusco, but if you go to the southwest side of Plaza al Regocijo and turn onto calle Garcilaso you'll see a set of stairs on your right. The museum is up the stairs and to the back. Also, make sure you bring a bottle of water with you bc trying all that chocolate can make you thirsty.

      This class was a whole lot of fun. There were about 12 people in the kitchen. Arnold, our instructor, was hilarious. He had us try coco beans in different states, gave us a ton of information about how chocolate is made (did you know that it's mosquitoes that pollinate cocoa pods? guess they're good for something) and try a bunch of different types of chocolate, then go through the process of roasting, peeling, and grinding beans. You use these to make a couple different types of hot cocoa. Finally you get to pick a mold and make your own chocolate. There are a ton of toppings to choose from and you wind up with a huge amount. The chocolate takes about a half hour in the freezer, so you can either go grab a bite at the soup place next door or just relax in the square.

      This is definitely a great way to spend an evening in Cusco!

      Wonderful workshop - the chef was very friendly and informative. He made it fun - took pictures of us at various stages of making the chocolate and gave everyone the opportunity to be involved. I had a great time, learned a lot, and ended up with chocolate to share. One minor issue - Viator only asked for the date we wanted but there are several times per day that the workshop is held and no way to indicate that thru Viator. I had to look up the ChocoMuseo online and email them. Thankfully that was easy and I got back an answer in English and was able to select the time directly with them. Also, you should be aware that they intend for you to stand for the workshop - most people didn't seem to care but for me that is just not possible. They let me have a bar stool though so no problem. The ChocoMuseo is right off the main square in Cuzco so I was able to walk from my hotel. You do have to wait about an hour after the workshop to take your chocolate because it has to harden in the refrigerator - I just ate lunch in the square and then went back for it so that was fine.

      Very funny and amusing! Tip: ask for extra chocolate at the end and dip all the fixings in it like a fondue! The place was a little hard to find and very busy so get the early!

      Highly recommended. Fun and informative. Our chocolate creatio s turned out interesting and we had fun trying our flavours. This was a great afternoon. The cafe attached was reasonably priced and provided good food. Thank you this was a fun way to spend the afternoon.

      Such a fun thing to do during our stay in Cusco, the instructors were so knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We so enjoyed learning about making chocolate and testing EVERYTHING!

      Had a great experience in Cusco with this workshop. Making the chocolate was great fun. Staff were very informative.
      ChocoMuseo has done a great job in providing visuals to explain the process.
      There was also a great history of chocolate through the ages.
      The cafe was awesome.

      Our chocolate chef was very knowledgeable and a comedian which made learning fun and making chocolate candy fun as well.

      We had fun with the actual class. However was disorganized with setting up the times and did not confirm our time. It worked out in the end but was a little stressful.
