Five Course Cooking Class & Meal

Our signature Indian Cooking Classes offer a cultural experience for travellers to learn more about Indian spices and flavours in the most authentic way. Our beautiful cooking studio is in the heart of Delhi in Lajpat Nagar, where each corner has been imbibed with an abundance of warmth, love & elation.

During this fun cooking class you will get a hands on experience of every step in the food-making process along with introduction to Indian spices and ingredients.
Five course cooking includes one beverage, chicken dish, paneer dish, lentils, seasonal vegetable, rice, breads and a dessert

• Beverage - Lassi or Masala Chai
• Chicken/vegetable Curry - Making curry paste from scratch with Indian spices
• Paneer dish - Vegetarian version of the famous Butter chicken with cottage cheese
• Dal (lentils) - Lentils cooked home style way
• Seasonal vegetable - Cooking a side dish with any seasonal vegetable
• Breads - Learning to make two kinds of flat breads
• Rice - Cumin rice
