Pick-up also in Airbnb in every local in Porto (apartments or hotels), please advise the FULL address of your accommodation.
The pick-ups are made between 8h and 8h30. The customer will receive the exact pick-up time the day before by email, text, or WhatsApp.
Also, note that may be asked to meet us on a meeting point close to the accommodation so it will be easier for the guide to do the pick-up.
If no address is given for the pick-up more than 24h before the tour (the reservations who pay for that option), they will be redirected to the meeting point without any previous contact.
And they will not have the right to be refunded for the extra they paid for pick-up.
The pick-up at the accommodation is only for customers that bought that option.
