Hand on cooking class at the famhouse near Garda Lake
The guests and Anna will cook in her own 500 year old kitchen. It is a totally
hands-on program where she creates together with her guests a full,
authentic Italian meal to enjoy together in her dining room by the fireplace.
The class is focused on a selection of Italian main recipes: a starter, a first
course of homemade pasta and a dessert.
Only 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, soft and rich local butter, coarse salt,
Maldon salt, organic lemons from Amalfi, her own aromatic herbs (rosemary,
sage, thyme, bay leafs, mint, parsley, basil) are used.
In the 2 hour hands-on cookery classes, lunch is created with a starter, top
notch fettuccine from scratch or garganelli, its vegetable sauce and a dessert.
Everyone is given a wooden board, a ceramic knife, a chopping board, an
apron with Anna’s logo, a rolling pin.
Worktops accommodate max. 6 people to work together.
Only locally sourced ingredients are used, all spices and aromatic herbs
come from her own garden.
