Enjoy amazing hands-on cooking of fresh pasta from scratch using different foods to
create different colours and patterns, and enjoy the fruits of your labors in a convivial
atmosphere.

Fresh pasta is an Italian tradition that never dies, but you will give a touch more to this goodness, you will give it color.
Discover the art and fun of fresh egg based pasta, using natural ingredients like spinach, beetroot, cacao and squid ink to color your pasta.
Learn the right ingredients to have the right dug to make the ideal pasta for any sauce, and the different ways of storing fresh pasta.

This class will give you the confidence and know-how to make colourful pasta, different pasta shapes. As well as creating a quick sauce to serve with your pasta.

Once all the shaping, cutting and cooking is done, you'll sit down with your teammates and enjoy the fruits of your labors preceded by an appetizer of mixed crostini sprinkled with fresh spices, such as rosemary, basil, chives and thyme, all picked from the Host garden, paired glass of wine — the ideal reward after a job well done!
And last but not least enjoy a homemade dessert.
