In our class you will wake up your inner child. There will be games and laughs and of course pretty poses.

You will not only spend these hours in great company practicing acroyoga. Acroyoga is something that builds trust, communication, self-esteem and cooperation. Learning a few basic postures and movements you can connect to and understand yourself and each other more. Achieving something that might seem impossible at first sight will leave you with a sense of success and peace. And best of all, you can take this experience with you and re-live it once back home.

Itinerary

In our class you will wake up your inner child. There will be games and laughs and of course pretty poses. You can join if you are at least two people, so that you can practice together. Please understand that we do not take reservations for one person only.

Acroyoga is something that builds trust, communication, self-esteem and cooperation. Learning a few basic poses and movements you can connect to and understand yourself and each other more. Achieving something that might seem impossible at first sight will leave you with a sense of success and peace. And best of all, you can take this experience with you and re-live it once back home.

We will do this activity in our studio in the center of La Laguna. We will have the floor covered with tatami for your safety and comfort.
