BEST ELEPHANT SANCTUARY IN CHIANG MAI. We’ll take you to an amazing place with a friendly guide that will give you all the information you need to know about our elephants as well as entertain you. We don’t allow riding our elephants but we would like to offer you the chance to take care of them with us :D


Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Bamboo elephant family care, 8/1 Pattana ซอย พัฒนาช้างเผือก Tambon Chang Phueak, Amphoe Mueang Chiang Mai, Chang Wat Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand

Half Day Morning: Pick up from hotel (08.00-08.40 am) and drop off about 2.15 pm.
or
One Day Elephant Care + Trekking & Rafting: Pick up from hotel (08.00-08.40 am) and drop off about 6.30 pm.

Learn about Elephant behaviors in natural surroundings. See these lovely animals in a safe and sustainable environment - NO RIDING!!

- You will be picked up from your hotel lobby in Chiang Mai city
- Drive approximately 1.5 hours through scenic agricultural areas
- Change into Mahout Style uniform
- Learn a little about the elephants and traditional organic herbal dietary supplements
- Observe our beautiful rescued elephants as they roam and socialize throughout our sanctuary
- Lunch time
- Walk and Observing Elephants in a Natural way (when they are bathe as they would in the wild)

and if you choose One Day program; you will Trekking for 2 hours then White Water Rafting

- Back to Chiang Mai

We don’t use chains, hooks or any like that

We pick up for any hotel from/to Chiang Mai City centre (not more than 2.5 km away from the old city). Experienced local guides, Pickup truck (One day program) or Minivan (half day program) with an experienced driver.

An additional surcharge will apply if your hotel is outside of Chiang Mai city limits, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver. We will reconfirm the amount in advance.

We start picking up guests from hotel in the old city first, then move to other area. If you are outside of town, please allow more time for pick up.
